3. Ticket Purchase All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly stated.
4. Code of Conduct All attendees must adhere to the event’s code of conduct. NewYearsEvesParty.com reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who display inappropriate or disruptive behavior without a refund.
5. Age Restrictions Attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some events may have age restrictions; please review the event description before purchasing tickets.
6. Liability Disclaimer NewYearsEvesParty.com is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that occurs at the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
- The event is canceled by NewYearsEvesParty.com.
- The event is rescheduled to a date you cannot attend.
2. Refund Requests Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@newyearevesparty.com within 7 days of the event cancellation or rescheduling notification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Failure to attend the event.
- Dissatisfaction with the event experience.
- Any issues caused by factors beyond the control of NewYearsEvesParty.com, such as weather conditions or venue restrictions.
4. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
5. Ticket Resale or Transfer If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify NewYearsEvesParty.com of the transfer at least 24 hours before the event.
